Tidewater Community College is seeking two Academic Success Coaches for Portsmouth Campus. The role focuses on supporting students with personalized success planning, study skills, and engagement, with a wraparound support model and collaboration across campus services.
Responsibilities include coaching sessions, progress checks, workshops, SAP appeals support, and data-driven interventions to improve persistence and graduation outcomes. 25 hours weekly, on-site schedule.
