Rivers Casino Portsmouth is hiring an Ambassador to deliver exemplary service to VIP and VVIP guests on the casino floor. You will greet guests, handle requests, and coordinate with the Promotions and Events team to support on-site activities.
Reporting to the Player Services Manager, you will identify mid-level and high-worth patrons, reference them to the Executive Host group, and maintain discretion in all guest conversations while working shifts on the floor.
