Supervisor, IT​/Tech, Systems Administrator

Duties

You will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a technical workforce, providing oversight of workforce development, and offering policy, process, and implementation guidance.

You will support the installation of C4

ISR and Information Technology (IT) systems on afloat or ashore platforms.

You will work with senior leadership to plan and manage technical and facilities requirements, forecast and allocate human resources, and ensure compliance with applicable processes and policies.

You will set employees' performance expectations and evaluate employee contributions.

You will approve leave and travel recommendations, establish training plans, and provide technical and career advice.

You will recommend awards and promotions.

You will resolve work problems and enforce policy and guidelines for employees.
