PROSOFT in Norfolk, VA, seeks a Computer User Support Specialist for an on-site overnight shift (11:20pm–7:50am). An active Top Secret clearance and a current CompTIA Security+ certification are required ies include desktop support across Windows/macOS, supporting Microsoft 365 apps, and handling service tickets.
You will use RDP/SCCM for issue resolution and manage tickets in Service Now, BMC Remedy, or Jira. Strong AD/RBAC, cybersecurity practices, and ITIL awareness are essential.
