Harbor Point Behavioral Health Center offers intensive residential treatment services within a secure setting for youth ages 11‑17 experiencing emotional, psychiatric, and educational difficulties.

- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
- Must be licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or hold a multi‑state license
- Preference for experience with children and adolescents in a psychiatric facility or rehabilitation program; new nurses will be considered
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk factors for violence and ability to assess suicidal/homicidal ideations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to rotate shifts and programs as necessary, and ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information
