Pain Management Clinic LPN/LVN (Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse)

Portsmouth, VA Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience

Schedule:

Clinic Hours M-F 7am – 6pm (not to exceed 80 hours within a two week pay period)

  Education:
  
  Graduate from an accredited community college, junior college, college, university or vocational nursing program approved by the appropriate State agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant:
  The National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
• Experience:
  
  Possess a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience as an LPN within the last two (2) years. Pain Management:
  Possess one (1) year of clinical work experience as a full-time LPN/LVN within the preceding three (3) years.
• License:
  Current, full, active and unrestricted license as a practical or vocational nurse. Possess a current unrestricted license to practice as an LPN/LVN in any one (1) of the fifty (50) States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
