Locum Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Critical Care / Acute Care NP or PA – Critical Care
Critical care locum assignment where you’ll provide high-level care to adult patients in an autonomous practice setting. This opportunity offers a consistent night schedule, advanced procedures, and the chance to enjoy Virginia’s scenic waterfront communities during your time off.

Schedule:
Friday–Tuesday Shift: 7:00 PM–8:00 AM - Dates
: 8/19 - 12/31/26 - Average daily census of 13 adult critical care patients
- Practice independently in a supportive critical care environment
- Perform CVLs, HD catheter placements, and arterial line procedures
- Epic EMR
- Travel:
Paid travel and lodging provided - Enjoy a charming waterfront region with historic theaters, boutique shopping, cafés, scenic walking areas
- Be able to do the job as described.
- MSN or Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Virginia Nurse Practitioner license or Virginia Physician Assistant license
- Experience caring for adult critical care patients
- Comfortable performing CVLs, HD catheters, and arterial lines independently
- Experience using Epic EMR preferred
