Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
Start Date:
ASAP
Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50 per hour
Schedule:
Day shifts 7:00 AM–8:00 PM and night shifts 8:00 PM–7:00 AM. Ongoing coverage beginning August. Must cover at least one block each month.
Inpatient critical care unit.
Scope of Practice- Adult critical care patients
- Ventilator management
- Critical care admissions
- Central venous lines
- Dialysis catheters
- Arterial lines
- Family updates
- Management of deteriorating patients
Credentialing Timeframe: 2–4 weeks.
Electronic Medical Record:
Epic.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Basic Life Support
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Virginia license and Drug Enforcement Administration registration
