The Site Safety and Health Officer ensure the safety and well-being of all employees, contractors, and clients by implementing rigorous safety and health procedures. • Implement safety and health procedures, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Inspect all phases of operations, goods, and services for conformity to safety and operational standards.
• Develop and maintain inspection schedules, procedures, and checklists, including scheduled and unscheduled inspections.
• Communicate safety deficiencies to the appropriate personnel and document all inspection results.
• Assess product and equipment capabilities to establish service delivery standards and safety expectations.
• Coordinate safety objectives with production procedures to maximize service reliability and contain costs.
• Analyze inspection results with the Director of Operations for trends, safety considerations, and adherence to standards.
• Provide written and oral reports to Performance Assessment Representatives and management on safety program status.
• Participate in training programs and assist with conducting safety training sessions as needed.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding safety and health non-conformance.
• Foster teamwork and positive workplace culture while modeling professionalism, dependability, and strong business ethics.
• Monitor proper use of equipment and adherence to safety policies to ensure employee safety.
• Promote Human Rights awareness among clients and staff through training and incident reporting.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and Didlake‑mandated training.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required by the Statement of Work.
