Overview

A marine repair and industrial services contractor is seeking an experienced Marine Electrician to support electrical maintenance, repair, and installation work aboard naval and commercial vessels. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of shipboard electrical systems, and the ability to work safely in an active shipyard environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Marine Electrician or Shipyard Electrician required.
• Strong understanding of AC/DC systems, power distribution, and shipboard electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience working aboard naval or commercial vessels preferred.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in various shipyard environments.
• Must be able to pass background and access requirements for shipyard or naval facilities.
