Shaw Boiler and Mechanical has an immediate opening for an experienced, full-time Commercial/Industrial Boiler Service Technician.

Electrical troubleshooting skills are a must.

Commercial/Industrial Boiler Service Technician

Highly Qualified Applicants Will Receive a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus! Relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants.

• Service, repair, and replace commercial and industrial boiler systems.
• Perform inspections, equipment repairs, and system startups.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Adhere to all company and industry safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain proper inventory.
• Keep company vehicle and equipment clean, serviced, and in proper working order.
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
• Perform other duties as needed, including cross‑training in related positions.

• Electrical troubleshooting skills are a must.
• Previous experience with commercial and industrial boilers and systems.
• Proven track record of servicing and replacing boiler systems.
• Ability to handle a physical workload in demanding environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.
