AMP is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic Technician in Portsmouth, VA to maintain and repair all processing and support systems, perform PMs, and keep heavy equipment running safely. You will work under the Maintenance Manager and coordinate with Plant Manager.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of relevant experience, and skills in pneumatic and hydraulic systems, reading schematics, motor and gearbox replacements, and VFD troubleshooting. NFPA
70E training preferred.
