• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating service advisors frequently
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
• Properly assigning repair orders to appropriate technicians
• Confirming Part availability and status
• Track technician progress on repairs for scheduling timelines
• Help increase shop production and efficiency.
