Pay RangeTarget: $173,500 – $211,900 per annum. Full range: $135,100 – $250,600 per annum.

As a key architect of operational excellence, you’ll shape and drive strategy execution across a complex division, partner with senior leaders, influence decisions, strengthen planning processes, navigate change, and elevate cross‑team collaboration to deliver meaningful results.
Location RequirementsCandidates must reside in one of these states: WA, OR, , AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA, or VA. Washington residents within a reasonable commute to Tukwila must attend HQ Tuesdays & Wednesdays; remote or onsite roles are available for approved locations.
What You’ll Do- Drive strategic initiatives by partnering with senior leaders and aligning priorities.
- Act as a thought partner, providing internal consulting to shape growth strategies.
- Lead process improvements to enhance workflows and systems.
- Strengthen planning cadence and design scalable planning processes.
- Guide cross‑functional teams and ensure alignment across product, operations, marketing, and more.
- Support leadership forums, facilitate meetings, reviews, and recognition programs.
- Elevate division communication and maintain strategies that align teams.
- Create executive‑level content: presentations, reports, and updates.
- Support risk management and coordinate operational risk activities.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and accurate documentation.
- Enable strategic planning and budgeting, translating strategy into actionable plans.
- Represent the division in cross‑functional committees and working groups.
- Executive exposure: collaborate directly with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Strategic impact beyond traditional program management.
- Dynamic environment fostering innovation, change, and continuous improvement.
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years of people leadership.
Desired:
- Experience supporting business planning, strategy execution, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills translating data into insights.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exercising sound judgment.
- Experience in financial services or similarly regulated environment preferred.
- Proven ability to support change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes.
- Experience in developing process documentation and improving operational workflows.
