Centerra Gold Thompson Creek Mine in Idaho is seeking an Analyst, Continuous Improvement to partner with site teams in Mine, Maintenance, Mill and Administration. You will apply process improvement methods to reduce costs, shorten lead times and improve safety and quality across operations.
The role reports to the General Manager and requires 5–10 years in mining with a background in Continuous Improvement and budgeting. Familiarity with SAP Success Factors is a plus.
