From estimating to build-out, our Construction Managers, Project Managers and Site Superintendents are the driving force behind successful modular construction projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure every detail meets our high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Here’s What Your Day Might Look Like

  • Lead & Deliver:
    Manage projects from contract to completion overseeing schedules, budgets, resources, and documentation.
  • Champion Safety:
    Enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
  • Motivate Teams:
    Inspire subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet milestones and exceed expectations.
  • Track Progress:
    Monitor project metrics, report on status, and proactively address risks and issues.
  • Solve & Adapt:
    Navigate challenges with creativity and collaboration, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Be There:
    Travel to job sites as needed to ensure hands-on leadership and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead modular construction projects from planning through execution.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project milestones and risks.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Builder Trend, Bluebeam, MS Project) to track deliverables.
  • Mentor and support team members based on project needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Travel regionally as required to support field operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Must Haves
  • Construction Manager : 5–8 years of construction experience; collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope.
  • Project Manager : 5–8 years of construction experience; strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Site Superintendent : 3–5 years of commercial construction experience; hands-on field leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and project management software.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.
Nice to Haves
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Modular building industry experience.
  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • Familiarity with IBC, UBC, and state-specific building codes.
  • Knowledge of approval agencies and permitting processes.
  • Knowledge in Division of State Architect (DSA)
  • Experience with Bluebeam and CAD software for reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and plans
