Asphalt & Paving Estimator Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $ 80,000.00 to $ 90,000.00 / annually
  • First Shift
  • Prepare detailed construction estimates using project specifications, takeoffs, historical cost data, and supplier pricing.
  • Develop project budgets and communicate awarded bids to field personnel.
  • Coordinate DOT, Federal Highway, municipal, and other public works projects.
  • Review plans, specifications, and design options to identify cost-effective project solutions.
  • Ensure projects comply with company safety standards, OSHA/MSHA regulations, and quality expectations.

Asphalt & Paving Estimator

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and construction experience.
  • 2–5 years of construction estimating, project management, and DOT/municipal construction experience.
  • Experience with estimating software, B2W, takeoff software, and CADD files.
  • Ability to read blueprints, specifications, contracts, and prepare accurate project estimates.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
