Our client, a recognized PNW Industrial General Contractor with a proven 30+ year history of success, stability, and growth, is adding a new project management team to handle current business activity, pending / future project log, and growth within the state of Idaho. This requires a strong, experienced, multi-faceted project management professional. Best of all, the work is geographically focused so travel and "time away" is limited.

As our newest Project Manager you'll lead self-perform teams (concrete, structural steel, millwright, etc), subs, and projects. You will drive / monitor daily onsite activity, safety, and success. You'll manage goals / timelines / budgets / projects, while leading your client and project management team from pre-construction to closeout.

You'll bring your passion and experience in Industrial, Food & Beverage, Dairy construction and we'll supply the talent & resources for your success. This role will involve managing multiple concurrent projects with support from your project team, Project Superintendent, and corporate.

• Regional project oversight:
  Idaho
• Capacity to manage multiple smaller projects, or one larger one.
• Chair Weekly Owner Meetings and distribute meeting minutes
• Prepare and issue the project financial forecasts
• Track project hours and budgets
• Prepare and issue the project schedules
• Prepare and issue the project budget (New Job Info Sheet)
• Prepare and issue the Owner billings
• Signature approval of all project related and miscellaneous invoices (in Spectrum)
• Initiate all project related vendor Requests for Proposal
• Initiate all project related Change Requests
• Initiate all project related Owner Vendor Approval Release letters
• Initiate all project related Vendor subcontracts and major purchase orders
• Initiate all project related Vendor Modifications
• Process all project related RFI’s, submittals and substitution requests, and the preparation of the procurement and expediting logs
• Work with Safety and Field to develop Site Specific Safety Plans
• Direct responsibility for all aspects of the pre-construction & construction project
• Coordinate and own the estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, construction and quality assurance activities
• Build an open communication atmosphere
• Develop “project goals” with team member involvement, define and manage team member roles and responsibilities
• Review pre-contracts to meet project schedule and needs, ensure consistency between scope of work, drawings, and estimate
