To support a dedicated team, the full-time Patient Enrollment Representative will engage with prospective patients through an average of 120 outbound calls daily, educating them about services and guiding them through the enrollment process while working remotely.
Key responsibilities- Make outbound calls to educate and enroll prospective patients in the program
- Communicate effectively using an approved script and maintain a positive tone during calls
- Track patient interactions and schedule enrollment appointments in the organization's systems
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
- At least 1 year of contact center, patient‑facing provider, or customer service experience
- Prior experience with CRM systems and data entry skills is preferred
- Bilingual/English+Spanish fluency is a plus
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet service and a secure workspace
