  • Maintain registration, plates, and documentation for dealership loaner and fleet vehicles.
  • Process wholesale vehicle title transfers and ensure timely completion with buyers and partner dealerships.
  • Review title documents, lien information, VINs, and odometer disclosures for accuracy and compliance.
  • Track outstanding title work, identify issues, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed, audit-ready title and registration records.
  • Partner closely with Deal Processing, Finance & Insurance (F&I), management, and DMV personnel to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Communicate with customers regarding registration status, license plates, temporary permits, and title-related questions.
  • Assist with reporting, document ordering, scheduling, and other administrative support functions.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in automotive titling, registration processing, DMV operations, or a related administrative role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Experience working with dealership management systems (DMS);
    Tekion experience is a plus.
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential customer and financial information with discretion.
  • Valid driver's license and insurability for DMV-related travel.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including marijuana testing in Idaho).
  • Experience with multi-state dealership operations or both electronic and in-person title processing is preferred.

What We Offer

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with 4% employer match
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Paid holidays
    • Employee vehicle purchase discounts
