Dental Assistant

Overview

Dental Assistant at Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry, Post Falls, l between all office locations is required, including Hayden.

This is a full-time position that requires prior dental assisting or medical assisting experience and a mandatory willingness to travel between all office locations (including Post Falls and Hayden).

• Pediatric chairside care:
  Assist the pediatric dentist during clinical procedures with a high level of efficiency and a gentle touch.
• Multi-site support:
  Adapt to traveling and supporting operations across all office locations as scheduled.
• Patient comfort:
  Use kid-friendly language to ease anxieties and create a positive environment for children and families.
• Clinical flow:
  Prepare, sterilize, and turnover treatment rooms safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance.

• Experience:
  
  1–3 years of clinical dental assisting experience or a certificate from an accredited dental assistant school. Prior dental or medical assisting experience is required.
• Travel:
  Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between all clinic locations.
• Certifications:
  
  Active BLS/CPR Certification.
• Software:
  Familiarity with practice management software;
  Open Dental is a major plus.
• Mindset:
  Team player with strong communication, willingness to grow, and alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
• Compliance:
  Safety-sensitive role; pre-employment drug screen required. Adherence to CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety guidelines.

• Competitive Pay: 16.00 – 24.00 USD per hour depending on experience, plus bonus opportunity.
• Sign-on bonus: 300.00 USD.
