Preschool Teacher; Jabodetabek

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the preschool curriculum.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, addressing individual learning needs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Support emotional, social, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities.
• Ensure classroom organization, hygiene, and safety.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, English Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a preschool teacher or in early childhood education.
• Experienced with international curricula such as IB, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or similar approaches.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Creative and adaptable in designing activities.
• Open to ongoing training and professional development.
• Available to join max June 2026.
