You will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple healthcare training programs, including instructor and staff supervision, course planning, budgeting, scheduling, and program performance. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, community partners, and college departments to coordinate clinical placements, maintain affiliation agreements, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. You will identify workforce trends, cultivate industry partnerships, develop new healthcare training opportunities, manage grant and program budgets, promote courses to prospective students, and support pathways that connect non-credit students to credit-bearing healthcare programs.

As needed, you may also provide instruction in healthcare courses and assist with state skills examinations.

The candidate should be a collaborative leader with strong organizational, supervisory, and project management skills and a commitment to workforce education and healthcare. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, builds productive relationships, uses data to evaluate and improve program performance, and can manage multiple priorities. The role requires sound fiscal management, critical thinking, curriculum and program development skills, adaptability to changing workforce needs, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to students, employers, instructors, and community partners.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years full-time equivalent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including supervisory experience. Experience in managing, evaluating, and driving program performance with ability to implement changes to improve outcomes.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• LERN Certified Program Planner certification preferred; must be obtained within one year of employment.
