Join a growing manufacturing team in Post Falls as a Cost Analyst supporting critical financial decisions, product costing, and operational performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves analysis, problem‑solving, and partnering across the business.

What You'll Do

+ Prepare and analyze financial results, trends, and key performance metrics

+ Build and maintain detailed cost, margin, and profitability analysis by product, customer, and business unit

+ Track and explain standard vs. actual cost variances (PPV, labor, overhead, production)

+ Monitor inventory levels, valuation, turns, and excess & obsolete

+ Support sourcing decisions, supplier changes, and make‑vs‑buy analysis

+ Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools

+ Contribute to cost‑reduction initiatives, capital projects, system improvements, and long‑term planning

Top Skills Needed

+ Cost accounting, product costing, variance analysis, inventory planning

+ Financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, cost reduction

+ Manufacturing, multi‑entity experience, supply chain exposure

+

Experience with Power BI/Tableau a plus

What We're Looking For

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+ Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems

+ Advanced Excel skills

+ Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

Upon converting direct with the client the employee will receive the following benefits:
