The Role:

We’re looking for self-generating Mortgage Loan Officers who want transparency, control, and long-term growth.

You’ll originate, advise, and close loans your way—while leveraging our pricing engine, internal support, and a tech stack that keeps you efficient.

What You’ll Do

Originate and manage residential loans (Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, DSCR, DPA)

Build and nurture realtor and client relationships

Use full pricing access for precise quoting—and actually see what you’re making

Stay compliant, ethical, and transparent (the way it should be)

What You Bring:

• Active individual NMLS license (not just bank-registered) in one or more of the following states: PA, TX, FL, SC, VA, MD, NC, AL
• 2+ years of origination experience preferred
• Proven ability to self-generate business
• Comfort with tech tools and origination process
