This is a true C-suite role reporting directly to the President, with broad influence across underwriting, claims, finance, and executive leadership.

What You’ll Do- Lead actuarial strategy across pricing, reserving, and analytics
- Partner with executive leadership to shape company direction and growth strategy
- Deliver insights on market, economic, and business performance trends
- Advance analytics capabilities and modernize actuarial methodologies
- Identify growth opportunities and address underperforming segments
- Collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, and finance leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing actuarial team
- Drive innovation through advanced analytics, modeling, and emerging technologies
- ACAS minimum required
- Commercial P&C actuarial leadership experience
- Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Strong business acumen and executive presence
- Experience leading teams and driving organizational impact
- Expertise in pricing, reserving, and analytics
