Lead Client Servicing Associate

• Manage client inquiries and requests across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets
• Deliver timely and accurate Financial Statements and Analytics Reporting information
• Complete operational tasks including account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, and reconciliation validation
• Collaborate directly with clients to build relationships and enhance their Clearwater user experience
• Validate investment data against third-party market data sources
• Use proprietary internal tools to reconcile investment transactions
• Navigate knowledge bases and documentation to proactively solve client queries and problems
• Manage workflow using productivity and quality metrics, prioritizing high-importance or critical work
• Participate in long-term team and client projects involving collaboration with internal teams
• Handle complex client queries
• Assist with training, development, and coaching of junior staff
• Conduct oversight of junior staff work

• Strong understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and other accounting concepts
• Familiarity with Accounting, Compliance, Risk, and Performance reports
• Intermediate understanding of fixed income and equity investments
• Basic knowledge of alternative security types preferred
• Prior experience in finance and/or accounting
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or a Financial/Business-related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience

Demonstrates expertise in investment accounting, financial statement preparation, and compliance, with a strong focus on client relationship management and problem-solving. Proficient in using internal tools for transaction reconciliation and managing operational tasks effectively.
