Senior Analyst, FP&A – Admin, Transaction & Broker Fees

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for administrative, transaction, and broker fees within CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services business
• Contribute to annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance reporting for Network P&L line items
• Support annual operating plans, multi-year plans, and quarterly forecasts with client-level and pharmacy-level detail
• Perform monthly variance analysis and communicate key drivers including client mix, volume, and rate changes
• Build and maintain financial models for fee analytics, transaction volume modeling, client-level fee rate analysis, and scenario planning
• Prepare reporting packages and management deliverables for fee-related financials
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects directed by the Manager
• Communicate financial information clearly to Finance leadership
• Partner with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations teams

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional work experience
• Required Bachelor’s Degree
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment
• Familiarity with pharmacy fee structures, including administrative fees, transaction fees, and broker fee mechanics preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets
• Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple P&L lines with accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to prepare clear, management-ready reporting
• Collaborative work style and ability to partner with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations teams
• Ability to work 40 anticipated weekly hours
