Occupational Therapist – Pediatric & Adolescent Focus (1099) Liberty Lake, Washington
A new Pediatric and Adolescent Wellness Center in Liberty Lake, Washington is seeking a Washington State–licensed Occupational Therapist with experience and passion for working with children and adolescents. This role is ideal for a motivated, collaborative clinician who values a team-based, integrative care model.
Position OverviewThe Occupational Therapist will provide evaluation and treatment services to pediatric and adolescent patients within a supportive, interdisciplinary wellness setting. This is an independent contractor (1099) position to start, offering flexibility and autonomy while practicing in a fully supported clinical environment.
Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric and adolescent patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support holistic patient outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within the EHR
- Manage self-scheduling and patient caseload professionally
Engage positively with families, staff, and referral partners
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Washington (required)
- Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations (required)
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care
- Computer and EHR software
- Front-end administrative support
- Office space
- Shared common areas and break room
- Utilities including power and internet
- A professional, supportive clinical setting designed for pediatric and adolescent care
- Contractor is required to execute a separate office lease agreement
- Contractor will pay a fixed monthly lease rate for use of designated office space
- Lease includes furnished office, utilities, and shared clinic amenities
- Contractor is responsible for all self-employment taxes, insurance, and licensure maintenance
- Independent contractor (1099) position to begin
- Therapist is responsible for self-scheduling
- Contract for a minimum of 6‑months with lease agreement
- Must be a strong team player aligned with an integrative, family‑centered model of care
