We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality physical therapy services. This role manages workflow, staff performance, and regulatory adherence while supporting policy implementation and process improvement. The Office Manager plays a critical role in optimizing clinic performance, team productivity, and overall operational excellence.

Administrative & Operational Management
  • Oversee daily front-office operations and ensure smooth clinic workflow
  • Supervise and train administrative staff (receptionists, patient coordinators)
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Manage scheduling systems to optimize therapist productivity
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
Patient Experience & Communication
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction
  • Address patient concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and insurance companies
Human Resources Support
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training administrative staff

Compliance & Record Management
  • Ensure clinic compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation systems
  • Support preparation for audits and accreditation reviews
