Integrated Neuro Dynamics | Post Falls, Idaho
Full-Time or Part-Time | W-2 Employment
Integrated Neuro Dynamics (IND) is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our growing practice in Post Falls, Idaho.
IND was created around a simple idea: effective mental health care should consider the whole person, including the relationship between the brain, nervous system, life experiences, relationships, and environment.
We are building a clinical environment where evidence-informed psychotherapy is integrated with neuroscience, brain health education, and objective neurophysiological assessment. Our services include EEG/QEEG brain mapping, neurofeedback, biofeedback, neuromodulation, and autonomic nervous system regulation.
We are looking for a clinician who values genuine human connection, clinical independence, collaboration, and continued professional growth.
The OpportunityThis position provides the opportunity to practice psychotherapy within a multidisciplinary, neuroscience-informed environment without having to build the infrastructure of a private practice independently.
The therapist will provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy as clinically appropriate while collaborating with other IND services when those resources may contribute to assessment, treatment planning, patient education, or care.
Orientation and ongoing training in the Integrated Neuro Dynamics clinical model and its Six Foundations are provided.
Responsibilities- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-informed individual, couples, and family psychotherapy
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Conduct risk assessments and provide crisis intervention when clinically indicated
- Collaborate with other providers and participate in case consultation
- Incorporate neuroscience and brain health education into treatment when appropriate
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and applicable professional and ethical standards
- Maintain active professional licensure and continuing education requirements
Candidates should hold an active professional license such as LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or an equivalent license permitting independent clinical practice.
We are particularly interested in clinicians who are curious, collaborative, patient-centered, and interested in expanding their understanding of the relationship between psychotherapy, neuroscience, and nervous system regulation.
Experience with neurofeedback, EEG/QEEG, biofeedback, or neuromodulation is not required. IND provides orientation and training in our clinical philosophy and interdisciplinary approach.
Why Integrated Neuro Dynamics?IND offers therapists an opportunity to practice in an environment designed to support both excellent psychotherapy and continued clinical development.
Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, our approach considers how brain function, autonomic regulation, relationships, behavior, and life experience interact. Therapists remain therapists while gaining access to additional information and clinical resources that can deepen the understanding of the people they serve.
We are building a practice where clinicians can grow professionally, collaborate meaningfully, and help shape the culture of a developing organization.
If you are an experienced therapist looking for a different kind of clinical environment, we would like to hear from you.
