For over 30 years, Highlands Day Spa has been North Idaho’s Best Day Spa (reader-voted), with locations in downtown Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls. We believe every treatment should be indulgent, intentional, and a little bit magic — our massages are fully customized to each client’s pressure, pace, and intention, and every session includes steam sauna access. No surge pricing, no upsells — just great work and happy, repeat clients (many on our monthly membership program).

• Deliver customized full-body massage sessions (55, 90, and 120 minutes), prenatal massage, and intensive foot treatments tailored to each client’s needs
• Perform combo services alongside our esthetics team, including massage paired with foot bath treatments, full-body exfoliation, or mud & clay wraps
• Maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming presence that reflects our spa’s culture of care
• Communicate clearly about pressure, contraindications, and technique with your clients
• Help maintain a clean, relaxing treatment room and uphold our health and sanitation standards

• Current Idaho massage therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one before start date)
• Experience with Swedish, deep tissue, and prenatal massage; additional modalities a plus
• A client-first mindset — you listen, adapt, and make every session feel personal
• Reliable, professional, and collaborative with a spa team
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends based on client demand

• Commission-based pay on every service performed, plus client tips
