Staff Pharmacist in Post Falls

This part-time Retail Staff Pharmacist role offers an engaging opportunity on a contract-to-hire basis, with a balanced schedule that supports work-life integration. The position is based in Rathdrum, , on the day shift, and operates Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, with rotating Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. When working a Saturday, you will have either Thursday or Friday off, allowing for flexible downtime.

Working alongside a dedicated team comprising 3 technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier, you will play a key role in a pharmacy that fills 300 to 400 prescriptions daily and utilizes the Pioneer system. This environment encourages a strong emphasis on excellent customer service and teamwork.

• Verify prescription accuracy and ensure patient safety
• Provide counseling and education to patients on medication usage
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow

• Licensed and active pharmacist in Idaho
• Previous pharmacy experience in a retail setting
