What You'll Do- Lead and support our Client Coordinator team
- Keep therapist schedules full and organized
- Coordinate referrals, evaluations, and patient scheduling
- Build relationships with families and referral partners
- Improve clinic systems and workflows
- Support community outreach and growth initiatives
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Leadership experience or the desire to grow into a leadership role
- Positive attitude and a solutions-focused mindset
- Experience in healthcare, scheduling, or customer service preferred
- Full-time position
- $20–$22/hour
