Housekeeping Inspector

Summary of Position

Hyatt Place Post Falls, managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality (NSH), is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector. The primary purpose of this position is to supervise cleaning personnel and inspect hotel guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobbies. The inspector also checks rooms for damage, responds to guest complaints, and posts room occupancy records. The role may include performing cleaning duties when necessary.

The Housekeeping Inspector will:

• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Inspect guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobby areas for cleanliness and damage.
• Respond to guest complaints regarding room condition.
• Maintain accurate room occupancy records.
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed during the course of the shift.

• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
