Responsibilities

- Diagnose root causes of hardware or connectivity issues and offer practical solutions.
- 1–3 years in an international BPO or technical support role is preferred
- Basic understanding of AV cables (HDMI/Display Port), Type-C PC accessories – docking stations, hubs, smartphone accessories.
