To support system enhancements, the remote People Soft Developer will collaborate with business users to gather requirements, configure People Soft modules, and conduct testing while providing ongoing user support.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business users to document requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis
- Configure and customize People Soft applications using People Tools and maintain interfaces with external systems
- Prepare test plans, coordinate with QA teams, and provide training and support to end-users
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with People Soft applications and proficiency in People Tools
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
- In-depth understanding of People Soft modules and business processes
- Experience with People Soft reporting tools and knowledge of People Soft Integration Broker
