Description

We’re looking for a Senior Business Central Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Operations-focused modules — including manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, and supply chain — to join one of the top Microsoft Business Central partners in North America.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Solution Architect and project teams to implement Business Central solutions that optimize operational processes for our clients in manufacturing, distribution, and related industries. You’ll engage with key business users to gather requirements, design solutions, configure the system, and drive adoption of best practices across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand business needs across manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, and supply chain.
• Configure and implement Business Central modules for production, BOMs, MRP, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to improve operational workflows and data visibility.
• Lead workshops, training, and testing for end-users across operational departments.
• Support go-lives and post-implementation phases to ensure successful adoption.
• Liaise with technical teams on enhancements, integrations, or custom development as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong background in manufacturing, warehousing, and inventory management processes.
• At least 8+ full-cycle implementations, with a focus on operations or supply chain.
• Experience working at a Microsoft Partner (or similar consulting environment).
• Familiarity with relevant ISVs (e.g., Insight Works, Lanham, Tasklet) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
