The Target Pay Range for this position is $-$ annually. The full Pay Range is $82,900.00 - $ annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job‑related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant.

Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, , AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote.

As a Sr. Data Analyst focused on Debit Analytics, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how BECU understands, measures, and enhances the member experience through debit products. You'll take ownership of a critical analytics function, helping shape the future of debit reporting, uncover meaningful insights, and influence strategic business decisions. Your expertise will help create smarter products, stronger member engagement, and more data‑driven outcomes across the organization.

• Lead Analytics Initiatives: You’ll lead end‑to‑end data analysis projects supporting divisional priorities while contributing to broader enterprise initiatives that influence business performance and member outcomes.

• Identify Opportunities Through Data: You’ll leverage advanced analytical techniques, industry research, and business knowledge to uncover trends, opportunities, and recommendations that drive strategic decision‑making.

• Drive Business Performance: You’ll partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced member experiences.

• Build Best‑in‑Class Reporting: You’ll take ownership of the debit analytics ecosystem, redesigning and modernizing reporting capabilities to create scalable, actionable insights for product leaders and business partners.

• Develop Actionable Insights: You’ll transform complex data from multiple sources into meaningful business intelligence that supports product innovation and strategic planning.
