The OpportunityWe are seeking a Multi-Store Controller who will serve as a strategic financial leader across multiple business units. This role goes beyond traditional accounting—it is about driving performance, influencing decision-making, and strengthening operational effectiveness at scale.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will be entrusted with safeguarding financial integrity while actively contributing to the company’s growth strategy.
Executive Impact- Provide enterprise-level financial oversight across multiple rooftops
- Lead and develop high-performing accounting teams
- Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and analysis to guide decisions
- Drive accountability and consistency in financial processes and controls
- Partner closely with General Managers to optimize business performance
- Oversee cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, manufacturer, and internal standards
- Lead month-end close, audit readiness, and financial transparency initiatives
- Proven automotive accounting expertise with progressive leadership experience
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable strategy
