Overview
We’re looking for Entry Level CNC Operators to join our weekend shifts!
The exciting part? We just moved our operations to a spacious, modern facility in Post Falls, !
Interested but no CNC experience? No problem. At Metal Quest, we believe many skills can be taught—but attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork are what sets an excellent team apart from the rest.
What You’ll Learn and Do- How to operate advanced CNC machines
- How to use precision measuring tools
- How to read blueprints and make quality parts
- How to troubleshoot and maintain consistent production
- 1st
Shift: 3:00am–3:00pm, Friday–Sunday- Must be able to train on weekdays for the first 4–6 weeks
- 2nd
Shift: 3:00pm–3:00am, Friday–Sunday- +25% shift differential
- Must be able to train on weekdays for the first 4–6 weeks
No CNC experience is necessary—we offer hands-on training catered to your skillset.
