Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled Production Supervisor at our Post Falls, Idaho location. • Help guide others to meet production and quality needs in a safe manner
• Conduct root cause analysis for scrap, downtime, or other processes
• Ensure proper record keeping of shift activities through auditing
• Create a team‑friendly environment
• Assist in scheduling production
• Supervise a crew of 3–10 furnace operators/assistants

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, ethical, and challenge‑driven
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Previous work experience in an industrial setting is preferred
