• Conducts tests and inspections to evaluate the quality and performance of products and equipment
• Interprets quality standards, engineering diagrams and product specifications, then executes tests accordingly
• Uses power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes and computer-generated test programs
• Provides process feedback for continuous improvement
• Alerts leads and management of quality trends of defective product
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work in a lean manufacturing environment with attention to continuous flow and detail
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand operating sheets and production flow
• Experience in through-hole and surface-mount soldering or ability to be trained
• Ability to aid in the introduction of new assemblies in production
• Ability to follow all of MOR Manufacturing’s processes
• Ability to suggest red-lines to OP sheets to Team Lead and Management
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Must be humble, passionate about your job, and treat others with the greatest of respect

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Component  or ability to obtain

• Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time
• Repetitive use of hands/motion and have manual dexterity, finger dexterity, and multi-limb coordination
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components
• Use of required PPE
• Working in a manufacturing plant, non-controlled climate, mechanical equipment, moving objects, fumes, odors, dirt, and dust
• Full-time.
  
  Work schedule:
  
  Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Work schedule is subject to change. May require overtime based on business needs
