Why settle for the same old job when you can launch a hands‑on career with a company that’s shaping the future?

We're a fast‑growing plastic injection molding company supporting the medical, automotive, recreational, and aerospace industries — and we’re on the lookout for motivated people ready to learn, grow, and thrive with us.

No Experience? No Problem. We’ll Train You!

We provide paid on‑the‑job training — so you can start earning while learning valuable skills in manufacturing, troubleshooting, and machinery setup. If you’re ready to build something (literally!), this is the perfect place to start.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Setting up and removing molds for production runs (don’t worry — we’ll show you how!)
  • Cleaning and prepping machines to keep operations smooth
  • Starting up equipment and ensuring parts look great and run efficiently
  • Teaming up with operators, sharing guidance, and stepping in when needed
  • Keeping an eye on part quality, solving problems on the fly, and hitting production goals
  • Staying safe and locked in (yes, we teach lockout/tagout!)
  • Growing your skills every day and having fun doing it!
What We’re Looking For
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
  • Basic math and blueprint‑reading skills
  • Willingness to learn ERP systems (we use IQMS)
  • Safe and steady hands (you’ll be using cranes and stacking systems)
  • Someone who works hard and plays well with others!
Physical Requirements

You’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and staying active. Sometimes you’ll work near machines or outdoors—nothing too wild, just enough to keep it interesting. It can be noisy, but we provide everything you need to stay safe and comfortable.

Benefits
  • Affordable health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company‑paid life, short‑term, and long‑term disability coverage
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • 11 paid holidays + 80 hours of PTO
  • Tuition assistance – learn more, earn more
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Generous referral bonuses – bring your friends!
