Production Coordinator

We're seeking a motivated Production Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations and lead production teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, assigning work, supporting employees, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

• Coordinate and distribute work assignments within production areas
• Support and direct employees while promoting teamwork and productivity
• Assist with resolving production and employee-related issues
• Utilize ERP systems (Net Suite) to maintain accurate production information
• Monitor daily production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and Lean Manufacturing/5S principles

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and work instructions
• Proficient computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Forklift certification is a plus

Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed.
