CNC Operator

Entry Level CNC Operator – Weekday Shifts

CNCIDAHO – Post Falls, Idaho

• Monday–Thursday 5:00 am – 3:00 pm (4×10)
• Monday–Thursday 3:00 pm – 1:00 am (4×10)
• Friday–Sunday 3:00 am – 3:00 pm

• Operate advanced CNC machines
• Use precision measuring tools
• Read blueprints and produce quality parts
• Troubleshoot and maintain consistent production

• Weekday 1st Shift: $20 / hour
• Weekday 2nd Shift: $25 / hour (25% higher)
• Weekend 1st Shift: $24 / hour (36 hours worked, 40 hours paid)
• Weekend 2nd Shift: $29 / hour (36 hours worked, 40 hours paid)

• Use protective eye equipment at all times on the production floor
• Position primarily standing: 75% of the time
• May need to lift or move objects up to 40 lb; frequent manual machinery and computer work; may need to bend, stoop, reach, or crouch

• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
• No prior CNC experience required; training provided
• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR compliance)
