Join a growing manufacturing team producing advanced thermoplastic composite materials for the aerospace industry. This role involves operating welding equipment, performing repetitive production tasks, and maintaining quality standards in a clean, technology-driven environment.

• Operate a fixed-track welding iron to weld composite materials into rolls
• Perform weld touch-ups and repairs using a handheld iron
• Monitor product quality and inspect for defects
• Perform assembly, packaging, material handling, and general production duties
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
• Safely operate hand tools and production equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work independently while supporting team production objectives

Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and perform repetitive hand movements

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
