Non-Profit & Social Impact
Youth Development, Non-Profit / Outreach, Volunteer / Humanitarian
The Advancement Team at Idaho Youth Ranch builds meaningful connections that fuel our mission and expand our impact across Idaho. We secure the resources, partnerships, and community engagement needed to ensure that youth and families, especially those facing poverty or other barriers, have access to hope, healing, and opportunity. Our work spans fundraising, donor relations, volunteer engagement, events, grant development, and community outreach.
We steward relationships with individuals, businesses, foundations, and civic partners, aligning their passions with programs that provide stability, support, and life‑changing opportunities for vulnerable youth and families. Through storytelling and strategic communication, we elevate awareness of the challenges Idaho’s youth face and invite others to be part of the solution. Strengthening the organization is at the heart of everything we do.
We improve systems, grow sustainable funding streams, and create scalable opportunities for involvement so our programs can reach more youth, more effectively. This includes developing volunteer infrastructure, enhancing event experiences, expanding donor pipelines, and equipping internal teams with the tools and support they need to ensure youth have access to the resources and programs that help lift them out of poverty and thrive.
We don’t just raise funds, we build a community of champions. By investing in long‑term relationships, fostering collaboration, and creating pathways for people to give their time, talents, and resources, we help ensure Idaho Youth Ranch can meet today’s needs while preparing for tomorrow’s growth, particularly for families overcoming economic hardship. Together, the Advancement Team turns generosity into measurable impact, transforming lives, breaking cycles of poverty, and strengthening Idaho’s communities.
