Position: LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) - NORTHWEST URGENT CARE - POST FALLS

Northwest Specialty is seeking a compassionate, patient‑focused LPN to join our dynamic Urgent Care team! Responsibilities
  • Room patients, obtain and document vital signs
  • Administer injections, perform venipuncture, specimen processing, urinalysis and EKG testing
  • Start IVs and assist with in‑office procedures
  • Prepare and clean procedure rooms, maintain infection control standards, safely dispose of biohazard and sharps waste, and keep clinical supplies fully stocked and organized
  • Run basic radiology training, as available, for professional growth
Qualifications
  • Eligibility for employment in the United States
  • Current LPN licensure in the State of Idaho
  • Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to relate and work effectively with others
  • Demonstrated verbal and written English communication skills for safe, effective patient care and documentation
  • Knowledge of CPT, ICD‑10 codes and medical terminology preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Ability to complete internally provided radiology and IV training courses within six months of hire
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in an urgent care or similar setting
