Elite is seeking compassionate and dedicated certified nursing assistants (CNA) to join our team in providing exceptional home health and hospice care. • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care in patients’ homes.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.

• Active CNA certification (state‑licensed).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

$18 – $22 per hour.
